What is the Joban Line Green Car?

The Joban Line features the same double-decker Green Cars as the Chuo, Tokaido, and other JR East lines. Through the Ueno-Tokyo Line, trains run directly from Shinagawa and Tokyo stations, making it easy to reach Ibaraki Prefecture without changing trains.
