Overview
Matsuri no Yu is a large multi-purpose hot spring complex directly connected to Seibu-Chichibu Station. Since opening in 2017, it has become a central hub for Chichibu tourism, combining hot springs, rock saunas, a food court, and a souvenir shopping area under one roof.
Its prime location makes it the perfect final stop after hiking in the Chichibu area (Mt. Buko, Mt. Bono-Ore, Mt. Hodo, etc.). Soak in the hot spring, eat Chichibu specialties, and pick up souvenirs — all in one place.

Highlights
More Than Just a Hot Spring
The ability to bathe, eat, and shop all in one place is the biggest draw. It turns the end of your hike into a full experience of Chichibu culture and cuisine.
Chichibu’s Best Food in One Place
The food court brings together Chichibu’s signature dishes. Waraji-katsu and miso potato are must-tries. Since no admission fee is required for the food court, non-bathing companions can enjoy meals too.
Open Until Late
With hours until 11 PM, you can still enjoy the facilities even if your descent from the mountains runs late.
