Direct from Shinjuku on the JR Chuo Line. About 1 hour to Otsuki by rapid or limited express. IC cards accepted.
Useful Tips
- ● Weekend morning trains get crowded — aim for first train to 7am
- ● Transfer at Otsuki Station to Fujikyu Railway for the Fuji area
- ● The Takao–Fujino section has great traverse routes (Mt. Takao to Mt. Jinba)
